 Presidents Welcome

Welcome to the official site of the Wilmington NC Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.  As Delta Women who are called to serve, the Wilmington NC Alumnae Chapter has been a pillar in New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick communities for over 78 years.  Collectively, we work together with community partners to develop and implement programs that benefit the 3 counties.

Our chapter programs coincide with the Sorority’s Five Point Programmatic Thrust:

1. Economical Development
2. Educational Development
3. International Awareness and Involvement
4. Physical and Mental Health
5. Political Awareness and Involvement
   
   Some of our signature programs include Jabberwock, Delta Academy and Delta GEMS, just to name a few.
   
   We are proud of our chapter’s many accomplishments and look forward to “Striving for Excellence in Service, Scholarship and Sisterhood” while honoring our 22 Founders who set the bar for success.
